I am passionate about addressing climate change and working toward a low-carbon future and I strongly value the work REBA is doing. I bring to the Board a unique perspective as 1) an experienced renewable buyer, 2) a global perspective representing the largest global multi-tenant data center operator spanning six continents and in 24 countries, 3) the leader of Digital Realty’s corporate renewable and carbon reduction strategy, 4) direct experience engaging with other global businesses on their renewable energy journey, 5) having a first-hand perspective as both a landlord and a tenant seeking renewable energy, and 6) increasing engagement on government, policy and regulatory matters related to the data center industry’s environmental impacts. I have been active in REBA nearly since its launch. I have prior Board experience at The Green Grid, a leading ICT industry group focused on energy efficiency and related product and design matters, and I currently sit on the NAREIT Real Estate Executive Sustainability Committee (“RESC”).
