I lead WeWork's Energy & Sustainability program for the Americas. My team's ultimate goal is to decarbonize our real estate operations by 2025. As I represent a small, non-investment grade buyer, my involvement in REBA's work has been and will continue to be to further the ability of small buyers to procure renewable energy more easily. Joining the REBA Board of Directors will allow me to bring the perspective of a smaller buyer at the beginning of their buying journey. I will also bring 2.5 years of internal organizational knowledge that I possess from being so intimately involved in the growth and development of REBA. My involvement to date:
• Part of REBA's Advisory Board since its inception in January of 2019.
• Chaired the International Collaboration & Supply Chain Committee since its inception in May of 2019
• Participated as faculty at the November 2019 Developer Boot camp.
• Together with Mark Porter, spearheaded, contributed to the development of, and act as faculty for the Lessor Sustainable Energy Network (LESSEN) program.
• Part of Operation to Optimize REBA Advisory Board (OORAB)
• Contributed to the development of the Future of Real Estate Power (FoREP) Commercial Real Estate Principles and joined as one of the first 12 signatories.
