I strongly feel that my experience as Co-Founder and CEO of Volt Energy, a leading national minority-owned solar development firm, will enable me to offer a unique perspective to the Board of REBA. I have been a champion of diversity, equity and inclusion in the renewable energy industry for the last decade. Currently, I serve on the Executive Board of SEIA, the Board of Directors at the American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE), an Advisory Board Member at 3Degrees, and a Co-Founder of Renewables Forward. In all of these roles, I lead and serve with passion to make a positive difference and impact meaningful change in our industry and the communities that we serve. If afforded this opportunity, I will leverage my leadership skills, diversity in thought, and passion to help REBA continue to achieve its mission of fostering a resilient, zero-carbon energy system.
